State-operated skilled nursing and long-term care homes for veterans at Grand Rapids and Chesterfield Township, offering nursing care, memory care, and related services.
Eligibility: Honorably discharged veterans eligible for USDVA health care or financial assistance for long-term nursing care, and certain dependents (spouse, former spouse, surviving spouse, or Gold Star parent). Michigan residency is not required.
